Full kitchen with brand new, high-end modern appliances and cooking essentials, including a dishwasher, gas range, microwave, rice cooker, and smoothie blender. Hot beverage station features a coffee machine with pods, and tea kettle with assorted teas. Enjoy filtered water on tap. Craft ice molds in the freezer with various sized filtered ice cubes for optimal beverage experience. We provide a microwave-popcorn popper, spices and cooking basics, and a fully loaded snack basket with vacation essentials ~ electrolyte packets, on-the-go snack bars, and instant breakfast. The location is incredibly convenient because of the proximity to the highways, 5-10 minutes to beaches, Zoo, North Park, Balboa Park, Little Italy, and more. If you bring a vehicle, you will have parking space in the private driveway, plus ample street parking with no restrictions. A few highlights about the walkable neighborhood: Titus Retreat is one minute walk to Robin’s Egg nature trail, which will take you on a 10 minute medium-difficulty hike along a mansion-studded canyon up to Mission Hills and Hillcrest neighborhoods. Historic Pioneer Park is at the top of the trail. Mission Hills is known for its timeless beauty and historic homes. Hillcrest is famous for its vibrant nightlife, vintage shopping, and inclusive community feel. One stop away on the trolley or a 10 minute walk to San Diego’s famous “Old Town” to learn the rich history of our beautiful city.
